Elsebeth Gylling Kjærsgaard

I started as a freelance consultant in 2022 as partner in Kjærsgaard Consulting.

I have more than 10 years of experience with strategic project management, leadership, finance business partnering, leadership team engagement and finance and investor relations from various danish corporates.

Before becoming a freelancer, I worked in various roles at some of the largest corporates across Denmark including Novozymes, Grundfos and FLSmidth.

Since becoming a freelance consultant, I have been engaged in four projects for different customers. Two projects within project management and transformation, one within post merger integration (PMI) and then one within management reporting.

I hold an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.

I completed a mini MBA in Sustainability Management in 2023 to strengthen my service offerings within sustainability, ESG reporting and the green transition.
