Peter Kjærsgaard

I started as freelance consultant in 2021 where I founded Kjærsgaard Consulting.

I have more than 12 years of experience from M&A, corporate finance advisory and business development which my clients leverage by engaging me as freelance consultant.

Before becoming a freelance consultant, I worked 7 years with M&A and business development in several Danish corporates including Arla (2019 - 2021), ISS (2016-2019) and Falck (2014-2016) where I advised internal stakeholders and executed on strategic projects, acquisitions and divestments.

Originally, I started my M&A advisory career at Clearwater International (2010-2014) advising private companies and private equity firms in relation acquisitions and divestments.

I hold and MSc in Finance from Aarhus School of Business.

I am currently not taking on work as freelance consultant, as I have been employeed by Kimbrer Computer, owned by the Private Equity Fund Trill Impact, to lead an M&A roll-up growth journey.
