Project Management of BI Reporting Set-up

Norlys is Denmark’s largest integrated energy and telecommunications provider owned by its c. 800,000 cooperative members. Norlys has approximately 3,000 employees and 1.7 million customer relationships.

Norlys decided to implement Business Intelligence (BI) reporting in their supply chain function. After finalizing the scope for the BI reporting tool Norlys was looking for a project manager to support throughout the project execution phase.

I was engaged as day-to-day project manager for the execution from project start to implementation including establishing governance organization, structuring process overview and workstreams and ensure project progression and optimization of outcome of the project.

Throughout the process I worked as an active leader of the project and an ingrained part of the team on-site at Norlys.
