Norlys is Denmark’s largest integrated energy and telecommunications provider owned by its c. 800,000 cooperative members. Norlys has approximately 3,000 employees and 1.7 million customer relationships.
Norlys was in the process of implementing the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics D365 and as the project was entering its final phase, Norlys was looking for a project manager to support throughout the final project execution phase and ensure readiness for “go live” in September 2023.
I was engaged as project manager for the execution of the implementation process. My responsibilities extended across seven workstreams, spanning supply chain and category management domains. This encompassed ERP solution, masterdata, change management, physical preparation, business intelligence, infrastructure and hypercare. I established a robust governance organization, structured a comprehensive process overview, and managed workstreams to enhance project progression and outcomes.
Collaborating closely with a skilled team of five project and change managers, alongside the supply chain leadership team, I worked as an active leader of the project.
