Through the acquisition Caverion expand its existing capabilities within design, engineering, service and installation for the energy and marine sectors. Additionally, Caverion will expand its existing activities in Esbjerg, where the company will employ around 140 people after the transaction which will enable Caverion to become an even stronger local supplier, in support of the green transition and future growth in the region.
